This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16809) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MFAP3L. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MFAP3L (Microfibril-associated protein 3-like) is a 409-amino acid transmembrane protein and a member of the microfibrillar-associated glycoprotein (MAGP) family. It functions as a dual-specificity kinase involved in cell motility, with elevated expression often linked to tumor progression, particularly in colorectal cancer, where it promotes invasion and metastasis. DPABH-16809 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:300) application. DPABH-16809 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
