This product (Catalog No. DPABH-17495) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MEIS2, targeting the amino acid region 61–170 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MEIS2 from rat, mouse, chicken, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a homeobox protein belonging to the TALE ('three amino acid loop extension') family of homeodomain-containing proteins. TALE homeobox proteins are highly conserved transcription regulators, and several members have been shown to be essential contributors to developmental programs. Multiple transcript variants encoding distinct isoforms have been described for this gene.
DPABH-17495 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-17495 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
