General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-12356) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MCTP2, targeting the amino acid region 302–494 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MCTP2 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MCTP2 (Multiple C2 and Transmembrane Domain Containing 2) is an evolutionarily conserved gene and protein that acts as a calcium-dependent regulator anchored to membranes. It plays a critical role in cardiac development, specifically in the left ventricular outflow tract formation, and is involved in cancer progression.
DPABH-12356 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-12356 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
