General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01568) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MARK1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with MARK1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables several functions, including ATP binding activity; magnesium ion binding activity; and phospholipid binding activity. Involved in intracellular signal transduction; negative regulation of epithelial to mesenchymal transition; and protein phosphorylation. Located in cytoplasm; dendrite; and plasma membrane. DPABH-01568 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-01568 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
