General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-27147) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MAK, targeting the amino acid region 1–291 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human MAK from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Essential for the regulation of ciliary length and required for the long-term survival of photoreceptors (By similarity). Phosphorylates FZR1 in a cell cycle-dependent manner. Plays a role in the transcriptional coactivation of AR. Could play an important function in spermatogenesis. May play a role in chromosomal stability in prostate cancer cells. DPABH-27147 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) application. DPABH-27147 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
