General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11664) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human MAGEF1. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. MAGEF1 (Melanoma-associated antigen F1) is a protein-coding gene and member of the MAGE superfamily, which is uniquely expressed in both normal adult/fetal tissues and various tumors. It functions as a modulator of ubiquitin-mediated protein regulation, notably forming an E3 ubiquitin ligase complex with NSE1 to degrade MMS19, thus regulating DNA repair and cellular iron homeostasis. DPABH-11664 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:25–1:100) applications. DPABH-11664 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
