This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14956) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human MAGEB10. It has been affinity purified by protein A. MAGEB10 (Melanoma-associated antigen B10) is a member of the MAGE-B subfamily of cancer-testis (CT) antigens, primarily expressed in male germ cells and various tumor types. It acts as a tumor-specific biomarker frequently activated in cancers (such as melanoma) due to epigenetic changes, making it a potential target for immunotherapy. DPABH-14956 is suitable for use in IHC (1:100–1:300) application. DPABH-14956 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
