The antibody specially reacts with a molecule expressed on most sheep leukocytes, platelets and endothelium. Its molecular weight could not be determined but may be equivalent to sheep CD3. The molecule is down-regulated in activated and memory T cells.

Incubate cells at 37°C with 5% CO2 in air atmosphere and maintain cultures between 3-9x10^5 cells/ml.
