This product (Catalog No. DPABH-23764) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LY86, targeting the amino acid region 65–162 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LY86 from rat, mouse, dog, pig, cow, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LY86 (Lymphocyte Antigen 86), also known as MD-1 (Myeloid Differentiation 1), is a secreted glycoprotein that forms a complex with RP105 (CD180) to regulate TLR4 signaling and innate immune responses. It plays a significant role in inflammation, lipid accumulation, and atherosclerosis, with high expression observed in atherosclerotic plaque tissue.
DPABH-23764 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-23764 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
