Antigen Description

LSM10 is a 14 kDa polypeptide that is a member of the Sm/Lsm protein family. Like U7 snRNA, LSM10 is enriched in Cajal or coiled bodies (CBs) in the nucleus. LSM10 associates with the U7 snRNP and this interaction is dictated by the special Sm binding site of U7 snRNA.
