General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20712) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LSG1, targeting the amino acid region 260–658 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human LSG1 from rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. GTPase required for the XPO1/CRM1-mediated nuclear export of the 60S ribosomal subunit. Probably acts by mediating the release of NMD3 from the 60S ribosomal subunit after export into the cytoplasm. DPABH-20712 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-20712 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
