This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20434) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRIQ3, targeting the amino acid region 29–190 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRRIQ3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LRRIQ3 (Leucine-rich repeats and IQ motif containing 3), formerly known as LRRC44, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 1p31.1. It is primarily expressed in the testes and fat tissue, and has been implicated in neuropsychiatric conditions like major depressive disorder and chronic pain. The gene is also studied as a potential biomarker for rectal cancer treatment response.
DPABH-20434 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-20434 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
