General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-22782) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRIQ1, targeting the amino acid region 1–224 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human LRRIQ1 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LRRIQ1 (leucine-rich repeats and IQ motif containing 1), also named as KIAA1801, is known to be hignly expressed in brain and testis tissue. The LRRIQ1 gene is conserved in chimpanzee, Rhesus monkey, dog, cow, mouse, rat, chicken, and zebrafish.
DPABH-22782 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-22782 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
