This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09002) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRC46, targeting the amino acid region 4–166 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRRC46 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LRRC46 (Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 46) is a protein-coding gene essential for male fertility, primarily expressed in the testes. It is crucial for sperm flagellum biogenesis, specifically accumulating at the midpiece. Knockout studies show that Lrrc46 deficiency causes Multiple Morphological Abnormalities of the Sperm Flagella (MMAF), resulting in short, coiled, or absent flagella and low sperm motility.
DPABH-09002 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:20,000–1:80,000), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-09002 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
