General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14817) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LRRC42. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRRC42 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LRRC42 (Leucine Rich Repeat Containing 42) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a protein characterized by the presence of leucine-rich repeat (LRR) motifs, which are typically involved in protein–protein interactions. Proteins with LRR domains often function as scaffolding or adaptor molecules in various cellular processes, including signal transduction, immune responses, and the organization of multiprotein complexes. LRRC42 is not as well characterized as many other LRR-containing proteins, and its precise biological function remains largely unclear. Based on domain architecture, it is thought to participate in protein interaction networks that may influence cellular signaling or structural organization. Expression data suggest it is present in multiple tissues, but its specific physiological roles and molecular partners are still under investigation.
DPABH-14817 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application.
DPABH-14817 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
