This product (Catalog No. DPABH-21061) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LENG8, targeting the amino acid region 489–664 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LENG8 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. LENG8 (Leukocyte Receptor Cluster Member 8) is a conserved nuclear protein that functions as a key regulator of mRNA quality control by mediating the retention and degradation of misprocessed transcripts. It forms the REX complex (with PCID2/SEM1) to act as a dominant negative factor against the TREX-2 mRNA export machinery. DPABH-21061 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200), ELISA (1:20,000-1:80000) applications. DPABH-21061 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Reconstitute in 100ul of sterile H2O with 50% glycerol, 0.01% thimerosal. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
