This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14787) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LDLRAD1. It has been affinity purified by protein A. LDLRAD1 (Low-Density Lipoprotein Receptor Class A Domain-containing protein 1) is a protein-coding gene and protein (~54 kDa) that features LDL receptor class A motifs. It is primarily expressed in the liver and kidney and is predicted to be involved in receptor-mediated, membrane-associated processes such as vesicle-mediated transport.
DPABH-14787 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000) application.
DPABH-14787 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS (without Mg2+ and Ca2+), pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
