General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01980) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LCTL, targeting the amino acid region 250–541 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Lactase-like is a glycosidase enzyme, which could hydrolyze glycosidic bonds and are classified into families based on primary amino acid sequence. The mouse ortholog of this protein has been characterized and has a domain structure of an N-terminal signal peptide, glycosidase domain, transmembrane domain, and a short cytoplasmic tail. DPABH-01980 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IF/ICC (1:10–1:100) applications. DPABH-01980 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C.
