General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-02946) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human LAMB4, targeting the amino acid region 1412–1761 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human LAMB4 from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Binding to cells via a high affinity receptor, laminin is thought to mediate the attachment, migration and organization of cells into tissues during embryonic development by interacting with other extracellular matrix components. DPABH-02946 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-02946 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
