General Notes

This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09060) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LAD1, targeting the amino acid region 331–430 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LAD1 from rat, mouse, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene may be an anchoring filament that is a component of basement membranes. It may contribute to the stability of the association of the epithelial layers with the underlying mesenchyme.
DPABH-09060 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
DPABH-09060 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
