General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-13367) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human L3MBTL3, targeting the amino acid region 400–755 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human L3MBTL3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Putative Polycomb group (PcG) protein. PcG proteins maintain the transcriptionally repressive state of genes, probably via a modification of chromatin, rendering it heritably changed in its expressibility. Required for normal maturation of myeloid progenitor cells. DPABH-13367 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-13367 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
