General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-16171) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHL26. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KLHL26 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KLHL26 (Kelch Like Family Member 26) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a member of the kelch-like protein family, characterized by the presence of BTB (Broad-Complex, Tramtrack, and Bric-à-brac) domains and multiple kelch repeat motifs. These structural features enable the protein to function as an adaptor in protein–protein interaction networks, often acting as part of Cullin 3 (Cul3)-based E3 ubiquitin ligase complexes. Through this role, KLHL26 is thought to participate in the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of specific substrate proteins, thereby contributing to the regulation of diverse cellular processes such as cytoskeletal organization, signal transduction, and protein quality control. Although its precise biological functions are not yet fully defined, KLHL26 is believed to play roles in maintaining cellular homeostasis, and like other KLHL family members, it may have tissue-specific or context-dependent functions that are still under investigation.
DPABH-16171 is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000) application.
DPABH-16171 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
