General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18348) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KLHDC8A. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KLHDC8A from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KLHDC8A (Kelch Domain Containing 8A) is a human protein-coding gene that encodes a protein containing kelch repeat domains, which typically form β-propeller structures involved in mediating protein–protein interactions. Proteins with kelch domains often function as adaptors or scaffolding components in cellular pathways, including cytoskeletal organization, ubiquitination processes, and signal transduction. KLHDC8A has been implicated in the regulation of cell cycle progression and cytokinesis, with some studies suggesting a role in mitotic processes and maintenance of genomic stability. It is expressed in multiple tissues, and emerging evidence indicates that dysregulation of KLHDC8A may be associated with cancer-related processes, although its precise molecular mechanisms and interaction partners remain under active investigation.
DPABH-18348 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200) application.
DPABH-18348 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
