This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05447) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KIRREL, targeting the amino acid region 607–757 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human KIRREL from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Kin of IRRE protein (KIRREL), also known as NEPH1, is a member of a podocin-binding protein family. KIRREL is a component of the podocyte slit diaphragm, which serves as the structural framework of the glomerular filtration barrier. KIRREL has three isoforms with molecular weights of 85 kDa, 83 kDa, and 72 kDa.
DPABH-05447 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:3,000), IF-P (1:50–1:500) applications.
DPABH-05447 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
