This product (Catalog No. DPABH-10993) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human KCNAB3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with KCNAB3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the potassium channel, voltage-gated, shaker-related subfamily. The encoded protein is one of the beta subunits, which are auxiliary proteins associating with functional Kv-alpha subunits. The encoded protein forms a heterodimer with the potassium voltage-gated channel, shaker-related subfamily, member 5 gene product and regulates the activity of the alpha subunit.
DPABH-10993 is suitable for use in IHC 1 (50-1:200), WB 1 (500-1:2000) applications.
DPABH-10993 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
