General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-20287) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human ISG20L2, targeting the amino acid region 1–353 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. ISG20L2, also named HSD38, is a member of a vertebrate exonucleases family. ISG20L2 is composed of at least two functional domains, one at its N-terminal half allowing intracellular localization and association with the binding partners and the other at its C-terminal half bearing the 3` to 5` exoribonuclease activity. The molecular weight of ISG20L2 is 39 kDa (PMID: 18065403).
DPABH-20287 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:6,000), IP (0.5-4.0 μg for 1.0-3.0 mg of total protein lysate), IF/ICC (1:500–1:2,000) applications.
DPABH-20287 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
