This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01751) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IRX6, targeting the amino acid region 219–446 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human IRX6 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IRX6 is a member of the Iroquois homeobox gene family. Members of this family appear to play multiple roles during pattern formation of vertebrate embryos. DPABH-01751 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500) applications. DPABH-01751 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
