This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09036) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IQUB, targeting the amino acid region 448–619 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IQ motif and ubiquitin domain-containing protein (IQUB) is an adaptor protein, often testis-specific and essential for sperm flagellum motility, that anchors the radial spoke 1 (RS1) complex to microtubules. It functions in flagellated sperm motility, cilia regulation, and is implicated in cancer cell proliferation and potential neuronal dysfunction.
DPABH-09036 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications.
DPABH-09036 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
