General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28978) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human INTS12, targeting the amino acid region 106–462 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human INTS12 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. INTS12 is a subunit of the Integrator complex that is thought to act as a reader to link the complex to chromatin. DPABH-28978 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000), IHC (1:250–1:1,000) applications. DPABH-28978 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
