This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08580) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human INPP5A, targeting the amino acid region 31–130 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with INPP5A from mouse, rat, chicken, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. The protein encoded by this gene is a membrane-associated type I inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (InsP3) 5-phosphatase. InsP3 5-phosphatases hydrolyze Ins(1,4,5)P3, which mobilizes intracellular calcium and acts as a second messenger mediating cell responses to various stimulation.
DPABH-08580 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-08580 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
