This product (Catalog No. DPABH-26137) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IL3RA, targeting the amino acid region 19–157 of the protein. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IL3RA is a gene that encodes the interleukin-3 receptor subunit alpha (IL-3Rα, also known as CD123), a low-affinity receptor component essential for binding the cytokine interleukin-3 (IL-3). This protein forms part of a heterodimeric receptor complex on the surface of hematopoietic cells, pairing with the common beta chain (CSF2RB) to enable high-affinity IL-3 signaling that promotes cell proliferation, survival, and differentiation. The IL3RA gene, located in the pseudoautosomal region of the X and Y chromosomes (Xp22.33/Yp13.3), spans approximately 40 kilobases and consists of 12 exons, with expression primarily in early hematopoietic progenitors, monocytes, and B-lymphocytes. Mutations or dysregulation of IL3RA have been implicated in hematologic malignancies, such as acute myeloid leukemia, where it serves as a therapeutic target for antibody-drug conjugates.
DPABH-26137 is suitable for use in ELISA (1:4,000–1:8,000), IHC (1:50–1:100), Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:4,000) applications.
DPABH-26137 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M PBS, pH 7.4, 50% Glycerol, 0.05% Proclin 300. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
