This product (Catalog No. DPABH-09654) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human IFRD2, targeting the amino acid region 101–200 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with IFRD2 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IFRD2 (Interferon-Related Developmental Regulator 2), also known as SKMc15, is a protein-coding gene located on chromosome 3p21.3 that functions as a translational repressor by binding to and inactivating ribosomes. It is a nuclear protein involved in cellular differentiation and is often implicated in muscle development, with potential links to cancer.
DPABH-09654 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application.
DPABH-09654 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
