General Notes
This product (Catalog No. DPABH-18213) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human IFFO2. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. IFFO2 (Intermediate Filament Family Orphan 2) is a protein-coding gene located on human chromosome 1p36.13 that functions as a nucleoskeleton component, maintaining genome integrity by promoting Non-Homologous End Joining (NHEJ) DNA repair and inhibiting chromosome translocation. It acts as a scaffold for Lamin A/C and interacts with XRCC4, working alongside IFFO1 to stabilize damaged DNA. DPABH-18213 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1: 25-100) applications. DPABH-18213 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
