This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04384) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ICA1, targeting the amino acid region 1–100 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ICA1 from mouse, rat, pig, cow, horse, and rabbit. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a protein with an arfaptin homology domain that is found both in the cytosol and as membrane-bound form on the Golgi complex and immature secretory granules. This protein is believed to be an autoantigen in insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus and primary Sjogren's syndrome. Several transcript variants encoding two different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-04384 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-04384 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
