This product (Catalog No. CPBT-50121RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human WDFY3, targeting the amino acid region 951–1050 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with WDFY3 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, horse, rabbit, and sheep. It has been affinity purified by protein A. This gene encodes a phosphatidylinositol 3-phosphate-binding protein that functions as a master conductor for aggregate clearance by autophagy. This protein shuttles from the nuclear membrane to colocalize with aggregated proteins, where it complexes with other autophagic components to achieve macroautophagy-mediated clearance of these aggregated proteins. However, it is not necessary for starvation-induced macroautophagy.
CPBT-50121RH is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CPBT-50121RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
