This product (Catalog No. CPBT-38057RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human LRMP, targeting the amino acid region 401–500 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with LRMP from rat and mouse. It has been affinity purified by protein A. Lymphoid-restricted membrane protein (LRMP), also known as Jaw1 or IRAG2, is a 75 kDa endoplasmic reticulum (ER)-associated protein expressed in B and T cell lineages. It plays a key role in lymphoid development, specifically in germinal center B-cells, and has been identified as a marker for certain lymphomas.
CPBT-38057RH is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CPBT-38057RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
