This product (Catalog No. CPBT-48022RH) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human TMEM131L, targeting the amino acid region 1110–1461 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with Human TMEM131L from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. KIAA0922 is also named as TMEM131L (Transmembrane protein 131-like). Human KIAA0922/TMEM131L encodes a transmembrane protein, TMEM131L, that regulates the canonical Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway by eliciting the lysosome-dependent degradation of phosphorylated LRP6 co-receptor (PMID: 28347816). CPBT-48022RH is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000), IHC (1:50–1:500), IF/ICC (1:200–1:800) applications. CPBT-48022RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, pH 7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
