This product (Catalog No. CPBT-34515RH) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GAS2L1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GAS2L1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Involved in the cross-linking of microtubules and microfilaments. Regulates microtubule dynamics and stability by interacting with microtubule plus-end tracking proteins, such as MAPRE1, to regulate microtubule growth along actin stress fibers. CPBT-34515RH is suitable for use in WB 1 (500-1:2000), IHC 1 (50-1:200) applications. CPBT-34515RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
