This product (Catalog No. CPBT-57553RH) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human DLG3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with DLG3 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the membrane-associated guanylate kinase protein family. The encoded protein may play a role in clustering of NMDA receptors at excitatory synapses. It may also negatively regulate cell proliferation through interaction with the C-terminal region of the adenomatosis polyposis coli tumor suppressor protein. Mutations in this gene have been associated with X-linked cognitive disability. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described. CPBT-57553RH is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:2,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:200) applications. CPBT-57553RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
