This product (Catalog No. CPBT-47538RH) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human ANO1, targeting the amino acid region 151–250 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with ANO1 from mouse, rat, dog, pig, cow, and horse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables identical protein binding activity; iodide transmembrane transporter activity; and ligand-gated monoatomic ion channel activity. Involved in several processes, including monoatomic anion transport; mucus secretion; and positive regulation of insulin secretion involved in cellular response to glucose stimulus. Located in apical plasma membrane and nucleoplasm. Implicated in Moyamoya disease.
CPBT-47538RH is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500) applications.
CPBT-47538RH is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
