It has been affinity purified by protein A. Enables Gi/o-coupled serotonin receptor activity and serotonin receptor activity. Involved in adenylate cyclase-inhibiting serotonin receptor signaling pathway and intestine smooth muscle contraction. Located in plasma membrane. DPABH-01764 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000), IHC (1:100–1:200) applications. DPABH-01764 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
