This product (Catalog No. DPABH-01501) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HMGCLL1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with HMGCLL1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Enables hydroxymethylglutaryl-CoA lyase activity. Involved in ketone body biosynthetic process. Located in several cellular components, including cytosol; endoplasmic reticulum; and perinuclear region of cytoplasm. DPABH-01501 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:1,000–1:5,000), IHC (1:50–1:300) applications. DPABH-01501 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
