This product (Catalog No. DPABH-28616) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HLF. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with HLF from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the proline and acidic-rich (PAR) protein family, a subset of the bZIP transcription factors. The encoded protein forms homodimers or heterodimers with other PAR family members and binds sequence-specific promoter elements to activate transcription. Chromosomal translocations fusing portions of this gene with the E2A gene cause a subset of childhood B-lineage acute lymphoid leukemias. Alternatively spliced transcript variants have been described, but their biological validity has not been determined. DPABH-28616 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:1,000) application. DPABH-28616 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS with 0.02% sodium azide, 50% glycerol, pH7.3. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
