Holocarboxylase synthetase (HLCS) is a vital enzyme that covalently attaches the vitamin biotin to five key carboxylases, activating them for critical metabolic processes like energy production, fatty acid synthesis, and amino acid breakdown. It also regulates gene expression by modifying histones. Deficiency causes severe metabolic issues. DPABH-15071 is suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot (WB), IHC applications. DPABH-15071 is supplied as a liquid formulation in PBS, pH 7.4 with 0.02% Sodium Azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
