This product (Catalog No. DPABH-04530) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human HERC3. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with HERC3 from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member the HERC ubiquitin ligase family. The encoded protein is located in the cytosol and binds ubiquitin via a HECT domain. Mutations in this gene have been associated with colorectal and gastric carcinomas. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding multiple isoforms have been observed for this gene. DPABH-04530 is suitable for use in IF/ICC 1 (100-1:500) application. DPABH-04530 is supplied as a liquid formulation in Phosphate buffered saline, pH 7.4, 150mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
