This product (Catalog No. DPABH-11666) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GZMM. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. Human natural killer (NK) cells and activated lymphocytes express and store a distinct subset of neutral serine proteases together with proteoglycans and other immune effector molecules in large cytoplasmic granules. These serine proteases are collectively termed granzymes and include 4 distinct gene products: granzyme A, granzyme B, granzyme H, and the protein encoded by this gene, granzyme M. Two transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
DPABH-11666 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:200–1:1,000), IHC (1:20–1:100) applications.
DPABH-11666 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
