This product (Catalog No. DPABH-08129) is a rabbit-derived IgG polyclonal antibody raised against human GUCA2B, targeting the amino acid region 89–112 of the protein. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GUCA2B from cow. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a preproprotein that is proteolytically processed to generate multiple protein products, including uroguanylin, a member of the guanylin family of peptides and an endogenous ligand of the guanylate cyclase-C receptor. Binding of this peptide to its cognate receptor stimulates an increase in cyclic GMP and may regulate salt and water homeostasis in the intestine and kidneys.
DPABH-08129 is suitable for use in IHC-P (1:100–1:500), IHC-F (1:100–1:500), IF (immunofluorescence) (1:100–1:500), ICC/IF (1:100–1:500), ELISA (1:5,000–1:10,000) applications.
DPABH-08129 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.01M TBS (pH7.4) with 1% BSA, 0.02% Proclin300 and 50% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
