This product (Catalog No. DPABH-14521) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GRIPAP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GRIPAP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a guanine nucleotide exchange factor for the Ras family of small G proteins (RasGEF). The encoded protein interacts in a complex with glutamate receptor interacting protein 1 (GRIP1) and plays a role in the regulation of AMPA receptor function. DPABH-14521 is suitable for use in IHC (1:50–1:300) application. DPABH-14521 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
