This product (Catalog No. DPABH-07504) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GRIP1. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GRIP1 from mouse and rat. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes a member of the glutamate receptor interacting protein family. The encoded scaffold protein binds to and mediates the trafficking and membrane organization of a number of transmembrane proteins. Alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been described. DPABH-07504 is suitable for use in Western blot (WB) (1:500–1:2,000) application. DPABH-07504 is supplied as a liquid formulation in 0.42% Potassium phosphate, 0.87% Sodium chloride, pH 7.3, 30% glycerol, and 0.01% sodium azide. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
