This product (Catalog No. DPABH-05263) is a rabbit-derived polyclonal antibody raised against human GRHPR. This antibody exhibits cross-reactivity with GRHPR from mouse. It has been affinity purified by Protein A. This gene encodes an enzyme with hydroxypyruvate reductase, glyoxylate reductase, and D-glycerate dehydrogenase enzymatic activities. The enzyme has widespread tissue expression and has a role in metabolism. Type II hyperoxaluria is caused by mutations in this gene. DPABH-05263 is suitable for use in IHC (1:30–1:150) application. DPABH-05263 is supplied as a liquid formulation in pH7.4 PBS, 0.05% sodium azide, 40% Glycerol. For long-term storage, keep at −20 °C. For short-term use, store at 2–8 °C. Avoid repeated freeze–thaw cycles to maintain antibody integrity and performance.
